EMG - Gas-analysers

EMG-express multicomponent gas-analyser belongs to time-of-flight mass-sectrometers. The principle of its operation is based on separation of ions depending on time-of-flight in the fieldless drift space.

Measured components

Our devices are constructed on the basis of mass-spectrometers' operational principles. This provides their supersensitivity and allows them to register all the cells and their chemical compounds presented within the gaseous phase, including inert gases, hydrogen isotopes (D₂, T₂), saturated, unsaturated and aromatic hydrocarbons etc.

• EMG multicomponent gas analyzers identify and register all components of particular gaseous phase, including the organic ones, within a wide mass-range (1-800  .m.u.)
• High speed of mass spectrum registration provides the capability of simultaneous data output on 200 masses within 0,1 sec.
• Our devices are equipped with automatic system of devices graduation and blocks and modules diagnostics.
• We use Ethernet or RS-232/RS-485 to connect our devices with outside units and automatic control systems.
• Our gas analyzers are kitted with gas-sampling systems in accordance with the particular gaseous task to be resolved and are supplied to a customer in a kit with a special software.
