EMG-29 express multi-component gas-analyzer
EMG-29 is a time-of-flight mass-spectrometer for impurities and isotopes measuring
in the production of pure gases such as He, Ne, Kr, Xe, N2, O2 and so on.
Instrument is equiped by
- automated exhaust cart with oil-free pumping by dry
lubricated-free vacuum pump
XDS10
and turbomolecular pump
EXT255H
by BOC EDWARDS.
- integrated industrial computer which operates instrument, realizes self-diagnosis and calculates percents of analyzing gas mixture. Computer has RS-232 and EtherNet ports to connect it to the external networks.
