Gas-analyzer EMG-23 is a supersensitive device to be used for the analysis of extra pure substances.
In 1999 EMG-23 was implemented at the oxygen production workshop of "Severstal" (Cherepovets).
The device is setup at the central control station in the 1-st air-dividing work center for
the gas mixture component analysis from 14 remote gas-sampling points. The gas sampling
points are located at different fixtures of many workshops of the plant. Due to the length
of heated impulse lines we demonstrated here a unique technological decision. At the picture
one can see the plan of gas-sampling points location of this gas-analyzing complex. The
distance between the fixtures and EMG-23 gas-analyzer are also indicated at the plan.
